2. User warranties

2.1 By using this website and placing a booking or order, you confirm that:

2.1.1 You have full (unrestricted) legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not acting under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic, or other intoxicating substances, nor under duress, deception, coercion, or any other unlawful influence;

2.1.2 You have full authority to undertake and perform the obligations set out in these Terms or in any related agreements or declarations;

2.1.4 You are not engaged in, and are not participating in, any unlawful activity under the law of any jurisdiction;

2.1.6 You are placing the booking or order in good faith and for genuine, lawful purposes;

2.1.7 If you or your company uses an access code to have your saved details pre-filled, you consent to us storing, verifying, and updating that saved information in connection with your bookings and orders.

2.2 If you breach any of the warranties above — in particular, if you place a booking or order in bad faith, provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or use this website for any unlawful purpose — we have the right, at our own discretion and without prior notice, to refuse or cancel your booking or order.

3. Placing a booking or order

3.1 No account, registration, or login is required to use this website or to place a booking or order.

3.2 If you are booking or ordering on behalf of a company that holds an access code with us, you may enter that code to have your saved contact details filled in automatically. Using an access code is optional; the same form can be completed without one.

3.3 To make a booking or place an order, you complete the form provided on this website, supplying accurate contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address, and, where relevant, the details of your booking or order (for example date, party size, products requested, or a delivery address where delivery is offered).

3.4 A booking or order placed through this website is not automatically or instantly confirmed on submission. Where online payment is offered for your booking or order and you choose to use it, your booking or order is complete once your payment has been successfully processed. In all other cases, your booking or order is a request that we review, and it is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or other communication from us.

3.5 If online payment is offered for your booking or order, you will be redirected to our banking partner's secure page to complete payment; we do not collect or store your card details ourselves. Where online payment is not offered, or you do not use it, payment is arranged directly between you and us outside this website (for example in cash or by bank transfer), on the terms we communicate to you at the time of confirmation.

3.6 It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking or order as confirmed by us and to notify us promptly of any errors or required changes.

4. Accuracy of information and your responsibility

4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us when placing a booking or order or otherwise communicating with us.

4.2 You confirm that, in providing your information to us, you are not violating any law or regulation, and that you have the right to provide the contact details you submit.

4.3 You undertake to protect our legitimate interests and to compensate us for any damage caused by your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 You must keep the information you provide to us accurate and up to date, including your contact details and, where applicable, the saved profile linked to your company's access code. We may at any time ask you to confirm the information you have provided or to submit documents supporting it, and you undertake to provide such confirmation within a reasonable time.

4.5 We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information provided by you.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
