1. Cancellation policy

1.1 Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings and orders made through this website. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your visit if you need to cancel or change your booking or order.

2. Confirmation of bookings and orders

2.1 Where online payment is offered for your booking or order and you use it, your booking or order is complete once your payment has been successfully processed.

2.2 In all other cases, your booking or order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or other communication from us. Requests are not automatically confirmed upon submission.

3. Cancellations and refunds

3.1 If you cancel or change your booking or order at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit, and payment has already been made, a refund may be possible, or you may be able to reschedule. We will discuss the available options with you at that time.

3.2 If you cancel or change less than 48 hours before your visit, any refund is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

3.3 To cancel or change a booking, please contact us using the details on our Contact page as soon as possible.

4. No-shows

4.1 Failure to attend a booking without prior notice may be treated the same as a late cancellation under Section 3.2.
